Join Us for Product Training in the Windy
City
Ardence invites you to our
RTX product introduction seminar Wednesday,
April 9th, 2008. This one-day event is targeted at both
prospective and new users of Ardence RTX, our real time
extension to Windows operating systems, the most widely
used real-time extension for Windows.
This classroom-oriented seminar is intended for
individuals who wish to gain a fundamental working
knowledge of how Ardence products are installed and
utilized in the development environment as well as
ported for deployment. Attendees should have some
familiarity with Windows operating systems,
and had some exposure to C programming to
receive the maximum benefits of this training.
The event takes place at the
Hyatt Place Chicago, in Itasca, IL, just
minutes from Chicago's O'Hare Airport. To register for
this event, please contact Roberta Riedl, Lead Territory
Sales Manager at (781) 693-6307 by phone, or email.

Ardence RTX- what it is, how it works, and how to use
it, including an overview of development,
tools, debugging and real time TCP/IP.
Prospective customers will come away with an
improved understanding of the requirement to
install, develop and deploy RTX. New customers will gain
familiarity with the RTX architecture

What Can Real Time do for
you?
Save
Time
Deterministic,
repeatable and reliable control of devices and processes
across a wide range of industries depend on hard
real-time computing, from mail sorting, traffic
control, food and beverage processing,
to aerospace and military test and
simulation. Ardence RTX is an extension to windows that
enables hard real time performance, allowing developers
to use the Microsoft development tools such as
Visual Studio, taking full advantage of the available
Windows drivers and tools. Developers can design using
familiar tools, and are able to easily port their
applications to the real time subsystem (RTSS) on
completed. This results in less time is spent
learning a new development environment, and more time to
create products.
Reduce
Costs
An
RTX-enabled Windows environment reduces system costs,
giving OEMs the ability to consolidate hardware and
implement a software scalable architecture utilizing
common windows development tools. RTX is a
true extension to Windows, allowing the user interface
that is prevalent in many automation and process control
applications to function as both the hard real time
controller and GUI interface. Ardence RTX not only saves
time, it also saves you
money. | | |
