SD330 LF TRANSMITTER WITH INTEGRATED MICROCONTROLLER AND FAIL SAFE FUNCTIONS
The SensorDynamics SD330 drives up to 4 antennas for LF ASK/BPSK transmission and detects and processes concurrent PWM inputs coming from external components (i.e. vehicle door handles). The ASIC includes a fully programmable micro controller with 8 kByte RAM, ADCs for diagnostic and automatic transmission power control. It provides two 3 wire interfaces and one “LIN-like” UART high voltage single-wire-interface. ROM version is available on demand with customized firmware.

The SensorDynamics SD332 is a high performance 3D ultra low power BPSK / ASK LF startup receiver for digital startup pattern recognition and transparent data reception. It is optimized to provide a defined reaction time combined with extreme low parasitic startups even under strongly interfered transmission conditions. Using three channels, all polarization directions can be covered for highest link reliability and 3D signal strength measurement.

Hardware implemented transmit and receive routines in combination with a free programmable micro controller enables a high efficient transceiver system for wireless fail safe multi band / multi channel communication with advanced FSK and ASK protocol features. A various set of predefined sleep modes allow an easy implementation of low power applications with fast reaction times. The integrated real time clock enables setup of synchronous networks.

The SensorDynamics SD341 is a high performance automotive quad band multi channel transceiver with integrated 8051 micro controller, flash memory, sensor interface and a special power management for energy harvesting applications. To cope with different sources of energy like solar cells, electromechanical or thermo electrical energy generators the SD341 runs with a minimum supply voltage of only 2 V and is not limited to a certain voltage slope on power on. Furthermore it accepts large voltage variations during operation without loss of performance. Hardware implemented transmit and receive routines in combination with a free programmable micro controller enables a high efficient transceiver system for wireless fail safe multi band / multi channel communication with advanced FSK and ASK protocol features.
